Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns

We pay close attention to every detail to make sure we deliver best experience with our products, therefore we are confident about their quality. 

But if you need to return a product for any reason, we will be happy to arrange that for you. We accept 30 -day returns with no questions asked. Please read details below. 

If you feel unhappy with your order, we'll be pleased to take it off your hands or replace it, provided you contact us within four weeks (30 days) of receiving the product.

  1. Write to us at info@3drender.me to let us know what you're unhappy with.

  2. We'll reply within 48 business hours with further instructions. 

 

Please make sure that you keep the product in the same condition as you receive it, without tearing or cutting off any labels, washing it or ironing it or performing any other treatment that changes the product. We will appreciate that and generally we do no ask any questions as our top priority is to keep you happy with your experience with us, but just in case keep in mind we may require pictures of the product before confirming cancellation. 

RETURN ADDRESS

Please contact us before returning any products.

The return address is stated in your packaging slip. If you use an incorrect return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments not received by us. 

 

RETURN DEADLINE

You may return them to the stated return address in your packaging slip, no later than 30 days after delivery. 

 

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email: info@3drender.me.

REFUNDS

We will reimburse you no later than 10 business days from the day on which we receive the returned products and acknowledge the cancellation by confirming it to you via e-mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. In cases where the purchase was made with a gift card, coupon, promo code or another promotional discount, we may issue a new gift card with the total amount of the purchase made by you.

In cases of order cancellation before delivery, we will issue a refund no later than 10 business days from the day we acknowledge the cancellation by confirming it to you via e-mail. 

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

We do require you to cover return delivery costs. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In this case you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 

For EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. 

We use on-demand production of sealed products, some of which may be personalized upon your request and/or may become unsuitable for returns after unsealing the packaging due to hygiene reasons (like for example face masks), therefore:

1. Returns are made only after our confirmation via e-mail;

2. Although this might happen rarely, we reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
